1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LLM API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

LLM API provides an API relay service that allows developers to access large language model capabilities. The Service includes API endpoints, dashboard, documentation, and related tools.

3. Account & API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must not share, publish, or expose your API keys. Any activity that occurs under your API key is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

5. Rate Limits & Quotas

The Service enforces rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling. We reserve the right to modify limits at any time.

6. Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (App Store)

Subscriptions purchased in our iOS app are auto-renewable and billed to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the current period is not refundable except where required by law. Subscription prices are shown in the app before you purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
